His Holiness the Dalai Lama has accepted the invitations of the Kangyur Rinpoche Foundation, Songtsen-Casa da Cultura do Tibete, União Budista Portuguesa (Portuguese Buddhist Union) and the Lisbon’s Faculty of Architecture, (Faculdade Arquitectura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa), to give a Public Talk and a 3 Day Teaching in September 2007.
